吞咽训练指导对脑卒中后假性球麻痹吞咽障碍的意义分析

摘　　要：目的 分析吞咽训练指导对脑卒中后假性球麻痹吞咽障碍的意义。方法 80例脑卒中后假性球麻痹吞咽障碍患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组患者给予常规康复训练,试验组患者给予吞咽训练指导。比较两组患者临床效果以及洼田饮水试验分级。结果 试验组患者的临床总有效率为85.00%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者洼田氏饮水试验分级1级26例,2级7例,3级5例,4级1例,5级1例;对照组患者洼田氏饮水试验分级1级18例,2级5例,3级10例,4级2例,5级5例。试验组患者洼田氏饮水试验分级优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 吞咽训练指导对脑卒中后假性球麻痹吞咽功能障碍患者效果显著,值得在临床推广。Objective To analyze the significance of swallowing training guidance on dysphagia due to pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with dysphagia due to pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation training,and the experimental group received swallowing training guidance.The clinical effects and water swallow test grading of the two groups was compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of 85.00%in the experimental group was higher than that of 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,there were 26 cases of grade 1,7 cases of grade 2,5 cases of grade 3,1 case of grade 4 and 1 case of grade 5 in the water swallow test;in the control group,there were 18 cases of grade 1,5 cases of grade 2,10 cases of grade 3,2 cases of grade 4 and 5 cases of grade 5 in the water swallow test.The water swallow test grading in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Swallowing training guidance has significant effect on patients with dysphagia due to pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
