基于“需求牵引”的研究生一流课程建设探讨——以《现代家具生产与运作管理》为例

摘　　要：在“双一流”高校建设背景下,家具设计与工程专业一流课程建设,虽然特色鲜明,但在“需求牵引”的研究生培养背景下,仍存在不足。以家具设计与工程专业的核心课程《现代家具生产与运作管理》课程建设的基本情况为出发点,通过建设的背景,结合“需求牵引”下研究生一流课程建设需要解决的问题和目标,进行教学实施过程和方法方面的探讨,包括“产教融合”的课程内容设置、“前沿交叉”的课程知识精选、“互动研讨式”的教学模式优化、“创新思维”的教学模式重构,从而全面提高课堂教学质量、显著提升教学资源和教学成果。可为相关专业在进行研究生一流课程建设时提供参考。Under the background of“double world-class”university construction,although the world-class curriculum construction of furniture design and engineering specialty has distinct characteristics,there are still some shortcomings on the back of“demand-driven”postgraduate training.Taking the basic situation of the curriculum construction of“Modern Furniture Production and Operation Management”,one of the core courses of furniture design and engineering,as the starting point,the teaching implementation process and methods as well as the problems and objectives that need to be solved in the construction of world-class courses under“demand-driven”were discussed through the background of construction,including the curriculum content setting of“integration of production and education,”the selection of“cutting-edge cross”curriculum knowledge,the optimization of“interactive discussion”teaching mode,and the reconstruction of“innovative thinking”teaching mode,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of classroom teaching and significantly improve teaching resources and teaching results..The research will provide reference for related majors in the construction of world-class graduate courses.
