摘 要:随着人口老龄化进程的不断加速,老年高血压成为日益严重的公共卫生问题,其是基层医生的重点工作和全科医生转岗培训的重要内容。对转岗全科医生加强老年高血压教学是践行“健康老龄化”的必然要求。福建省晋江市医院通过强化师资力量、优化教学模式,在全科医生转岗培训的老年高血压教学中坚持以基层医疗卫生服务实际需求为导向、以全科医生岗位胜任力为目标、以全科临床思维能力为核心,有效提高了转岗全科医生对老年高血压的临床综合诊疗能力,可为提高全科医生转岗培训质量和提升全科医生为老服务能力提供借鉴。With the continuous acceleration of population aging,hypertension in the elderly has become an increasingly serious public health problem and is a key task for basic medical practitioners and an important part of the job-transfer training for general practitioners.It is an inevitable requirement for practicing“healthy aging”to strengthen the teaching of hypertension in the elderly for the general practitioners who job-transfer.By improving the faculty and optimizing teaching methods,Jinjiang Municipal Hospital of Fujian Province insists on taking the actual needs of primary health care services as the guidance,job competencies of general practitioners as the goal,and the clinical thinking abilities of general practitioners as the core in the teaching of geriatric hypertension in their job-transfer training,and has effectively improved the clinical comprehensive diagnosis and treatment abilities of job-transferred general practitioners in managing hypertension in the elderly.This can provide reference for improving the quality of job-transfer training for general practitioners and enhancing the service capacity of general practitioners for the elderly.
