数字赋能对企业创新绩效的影响研究——基于科技向善战略视角

摘　　要：数字赋能作为高质量生产要素,交互融合于企业各环节,对企业知识和技术管理提出新要求。本文基于资源编排理论和资源基础观,构建数字赋能、跨界搜寻、科技向善与企业创新绩效理论模型,用SPSS22.0和AMOS22.0对长三角高科技企业342份样本进行实证检验。结果表明:数字赋能对企业创新绩效、技术知识和市场知识跨界搜寻具有显著正向影响;技术知识和市场知识跨界搜寻部分中介数字赋能对企业创新绩效的影响;科技向善正向调节数字赋能与企业创新绩效关系。Digital empowerment,as a high quality production factor,is integrated in every link of enterprises,and puts for⁃ward new requirements for enterprise knowledge and technology management.Based on the resource arrangement theory and resourcebased view,this paper studies the influence mechanism of digital empowerment on enterprise innovation performance,and the in⁃termediary role of cross-border search and the boundary conditions of science and technology for goodness.Hierarchical regression analysis of 342 data collected by high-tech enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region shows that:digital empowerment has a sig⁃nificant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance,technological and market knowledge cross-border search.The inf⁃luence of some intermediary digital empowerment on the innovation performance of enterprises in technical and market knowledge crossborder search.Corporate technology for social good positively adjust the relationship between digital empowerment and enterprise in⁃novation performance.
