摘  要:加热不燃烧卷烟是利用特殊热源对烟丝进行加热(400℃以下甚至更低)、烟丝只加热而不燃烧的新型烟草制品,特征是有害成分释放量较低并提供消费者一定的烟草特征感受.而加热烟草产品普遍采用再造烟叶作为烟芯材料,对比分析天然烟叶和再造烟叶物理性能和化学指标差异,并从热失重分析和致香成分剖析再造烟叶作为芯材的优势.将天然烟叶通过造纸法抄造成再造烟叶进行对比分析,结果表明,在加热环境下,再造烟叶在吸收和释放效率方面明显优于天然烟叶,再造烟叶的吸收率比烟叶吸收率高89.9%.在400℃以下加热状态下,所释放出的物质更多,且释放效率更高.Heat-not-burn cigarettes are new types of tobacco products that use a special heat source to heat cut tobacco(below 400°C or even lower),and the cut tobacco is only heated without burning.Heated tobacco products generally use reconstituted tobacco leaves as the tobacco core material.The differences in physical properties and chemical indicators of natural tobacco leaves and reconstituted tobacco leaves are compared and analyzed,and the advantages of reconstituted tobacco leaves as core materials are analyzed from the analysis of thermal weight loss and aroma components.The natural tobacco leaves were made into reconstituted tobacco leaves by the papermaking method for comparative analysis.The results showed that under the heating environment,the reconstituted tobacco leaves were much better than natural tobacco leaves in terms of absorption and release efficiency,and the absorption rate of the reconstituted tobacco leaves was 89.9%higher than that of the tobacco leaves.In the heating state below 400℃,more substances are released,and the release efficiency is higher.
