摘  要:针对注塑成型的碳纤维强化PEEK(PEEK-CF)齿轮在接触疲劳方面所进行的研究较少、失效机理尚不清晰的问题,开展30%PEEK-CF齿轮几何精度、齿面粗糙度和注塑缺陷的表面完整性测试表征,并进行油润滑下钢-PEEK-CF齿轮副耐久试验,绘制PEEK-CF齿轮接触疲劳S-N曲线。发现PEEK-CF齿轮能更好地适用于中低载荷工况,认为其在输出扭矩为40 N·m、接触应力为323.6 MPa的条件下有无限寿命。通过对失效试件断口SEM图进行失效分析,判断30%PEEK-CF齿轮失效机理主要为基体内碳纤维断裂。As for the lack of studies on the contact fatigue performance and the failure mechanism of injection molded short carbon fibers reinforced PEEK gears(PEEK-CF),endurance tests under oil lubrication are conducted on the steel-PEEK-CF gear pair.Before the endurance test,the PEEK-CF gear(the volume fraction of short carbon fibers is 30%)has been tested on its geometric accuracy,gear surface roughness,and surface integrity test characterization of injection molding defects.An S-N graph on the contact fatigue of the PEEK-CF gears is drawn after the endurance tests under oil lubrication are done.Outcomes of the tests manifest that the PEEK-CF gear can be better adapted at medium and low load conditions.And conclusions can be drawn that the PEEK-CF gears are supposed to have an eternal life under the condition of 40 N·m in output torque and 323.6 MPa in contact stress.
