摘  要:乡村教育是乡村振兴战略的基础性支撑。作为乡村教育主力军的乡村教师,其主要来源于公费定向师范生,而公费定向师范生政策大都具有定向、分类及本土化培养三大特色。研究发现,公费定向师范生的培养存在利益化、去乡土化等问题。为了助力乡村振兴,公费定向师范生的培养应注重采取加强政策宣传力度、开展职业生涯规划活动、组建全程育人导师制及厚植乡村情怀教育等措施,从而为乡村地区输送一批安心从教、热心从教、舒心从教、静心从教的优秀教师队伍。Rural education is the basic support of the rural revitalization strategy.As the main force of rural education,rural teachers mainly come from public funded targeted normal students,and most of the public funded targeted normal student policies have three major characteristics:targeted,classified,and localized training.Research has found that there are problems with the cultivation of public funded targeted normal school students,such as interest orientation and de localization.In order to help the rural revitalization,the cultivation of public funded directional normal students should focus on measures such as strengthening policy publicity,carrying out career Career development activities,establishing a Mentorship for the whole process of educating people,and cultivating rural sentiment education,so as to provide a batch of excellent teachers in rural areas who are comfortable,enthusiastic,comfortable,and quiet in teaching.
