摘 要:为分析不同惯性通道和孔流道组合对液压悬置特性的影响,提出6种不同惯性通道和孔流道组合的液压悬置。基于AMEsim搭建不同惯性通道和孔流道组合的液压悬置模型,推导6种不同惯性通道和孔流道组合的液压悬置的频域和时域解析式,进行AMEsim与数学模型对比,并分析不同结构组合对悬置隔振性能的影响。结果表明,结构参数影响悬置动态特性,孔流道可以提高液压悬置阻尼,有利于悬置低频隔振性能。In order to analyze the effect of different combinations of inertia channels and orifice flow channels on the hydraulic mounts' characteristics,six different combinations of inertia channels and orifice flow channels were proposed for hydraulic mounts.Based on AMEsim,different combinations of inertial channels and orifice flow channels were proposed.Six different combinations of inertial channels and orifice flow channels were deduced.AMEsim and mathematical models were compared and the effects of different structural combinations on the mounts' vibration isolation performance were analyzed.The results show that the structural parameters affect the dynamic characteristics of the mount,and the orifice flow channel can improve the hydraulic mount damping,which is beneficial to the low frequency vibration isolation performance of the mount.
