摘  要:首都师范大学朝阳小学用深耕10多年的“习作教育”对全体教师的专业发展持续赋能。根据“习作教育”理念发展不同阶段,学校不断更新、完善教师专业发展目标,用愿景引领教师发展的方向,用模式打造学习型团队,用科研促进个人的超越,用兴趣改变教育的行为,用活动拓展师生的心智,实现了教师专业水平的持续提升。Chaoyang Primary School Attached to Capital Normal University has continuously empowered the professional development of all teachers through more than 10 years of intensive"composition education".According to the different stages of the development of"composition education"concept,the school continuously updates the professional development goals of teachers,and uses vision to guide the direction of teachers'professional development.Thus,the school has created a learning team with models,achieved personal transcendence through scientific research,changed educational behavior by respecting individual interest,expanded the minds of teachers and students through activities,which have achieved continuous improvement of teachers'professional level.
