摘  要:该研究建立了一种Sin-QuEChERS结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速检测调味油样品中农药残留的方法。样品经乙腈提取,以C18小柱作为净化介质。利用Sin-QuEChERS技术,快速对3种调味油样品中的30种农药残留量进行高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测。结果显示,相关系数均在0.99以上,平均回收率为80.2%~99.8%,相对标准偏差小于15.5%,应用Sin-QuEChERS对150批调味油种子中的农药进行检测,结果表明,所建立的方法具有高通量、准确、灵敏、可靠的特点,最低检出限为0.005~0.046 mg/kg。In this study,a method for rapid determination of pesticide residues in seasoning oil samples by Sin-QuEChERS combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry is established.The sample is extracted with acetonitrile,and C18 column is used as the purification medium.Using Sin-QuEChERS technology,the residues of 30 kinds of pesticides in 3 kinds of seasoning oil samples are rapidly determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The results show that the correlation coefficients are all above 0.99,the average recovery is 80.2%~99.8%,and the relative standard deviation is less than 15.5%.Sin-QuEChERS is used to determine the pesticides in 150 batches of seasoning oil seeds.The results show that the established method has the characteristics of high throughput,accuracy,sensitivity and reliability,and the minimum detection limit is 0.005~0.046 mg/kg.
