纤维鼻咽喉镜在耳鼻喉科的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨纤维鼻咽喉镜在耳鼻喉科的应用价值。方法挑选耳鼻喉科收入的63例不同疾病类型患者作为研究对象,其中会厌囊肿患者16例、咽异感症患者14例、鼻腔后段出血患者24例、咽囊炎患者9例。所有患者入院后由医务人员根据患者的疾病状况选择纤维鼻咽喉镜进行治疗。观察不同疾病类型患者的治疗效果及整体治疗效果、术中出血量、手术时间。结果63例患者中,治疗显效40例,有效21例,无效2例,总有效率为96.83%(61/63);其中,会厌囊肿患者治疗显效11例,有效5例,无效0例,总有效率为100.00%(16/16);咽异感症患者治疗显效9例,有效5例,无效0例,总有效率为100.00%(14/14);鼻腔后段出血患者治疗显效14例,有效9例,无效1例,总有效率为95.83%(23/24);咽囊炎患者治疗显效6例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率为88.89%(8/9)。不同疾病类型患者的治疗效果及整体治疗效果均较优。会厌囊肿患者术中出血量为(6.06±1.36)ml、手术时间为(10.26±2.65)min,咽异感症患者术中出血量为(7.36±0.98)ml、手术时间为(12.25±1.96)min,鼻腔后段出血患者术中出血量为(8.26±0.63)ml、手术时间为(8.62±2.16)min,咽囊炎患者术中出血量为(9.74±0.91)ml、手术时间为(9.25±4.63)min。不同疾病类型患者的术中出血量以及手术时间均较优。结论在进行耳鼻喉科各种疾病的治疗时选择纤维鼻咽喉镜,能够获得较为良好的治疗效果,针对不同疾病开展对应的治疗方案,能够满足大多数患者的治疗需求,具有良好的应用价值,值得进行进一步的推广与应用。Objective To discuss the application value of fibroptic nasopharyngoscope in ear-nose-throat department.Methods 63 patients with different disease types were selected as the study subjects,including 16 patients with epiglottic cyst,14 patients with pharyngeal hypersensitivity,24 patients with posterior nasal hemorrhage,and 9 patients with pharyngeal bursitis.All patients were selected by the medical staff for fiberoptic nasopharyngoscopy after admission according to the patients'disease conditions.The therapeutic effect,overall therapeutic effect,intraoperative blood loss and operative time of patients with different disease types were observed.Results Among the 63 patients,the treatment was significantly effective in 40 cases,effective in 21 cases,and ineffective in 2 cases,with a total effective rate of 96.83%(61/63);among them,for patients with epiglottic cyst,the treatment was significantly effective in 11 cases,effective in 5 cases,and ineffective in 0 case,with a total effective rate of 100.00%(16/16);for patients with pharyngeal heterosensitivity,the treatment was significantly effective in 9 cases,effective in 5 cases,and ineffective in 0 case,with a total effective rate of 100.00%(14/14);for patients with posterior nasal hemorrhage,the treatment was significantly effective in 14 cases,effective in 9 cases,and ineffective in 1 case,with a total effective rate of 95.83%(23/24);for patients with pharyngeal bursitis,the treatment was significantly effective in 6 cases,effective in 2 cases,and ineffective in 1 case,with a total effective rate of 88.89%(8/9).The therapeutic effect and overall therapeutic effect of patients with different disease types were relatively good.The intraoperative blood loss of patients with epiglottic cyst was(6.06±1.36)ml and the operative time was(10.26±2.65)min;the intraoperative blood loss of patients with pharyngeal hypersensitivity was(7.36±0.98)ml and the operative time was(12.25±1.96)min;the intraoperative blood loss of patients with posterior nasal hemorrhage was(8.26±
