摘　　要：我国作为农业生产大国,农业科研单位在现代农业发展中每年都承担大量的科研项目,在农业生产和高质量发展中占有举足轻重的地位。而农业科研项目管理又是农业科研院管理工作的关键环节,它的建立依托于农业科研项目,是我国农业高质量可持续发展阶段的重要保证。农业科研项目管理包括农业科研项目全过程的管理、成果管理、科研交流等,周期长、内容广。文章针对农业科研单位在科研项目管理中存在的问题提出切实可行的改进措施,使农业科研管理水平得到大幅提升,从而加快农业技术创新,促进我国现代农业发展。China as a big agricultural production country,Agricultural research institutions undertake a large number of scientific research projects every year in the development of modern agriculture,which plays a decisive role in agricultural production and high-quality development.However,agricultural research project management is a key link of the management of agricultural research institutes.Its establishment is based on agricultural research projects,which is an important guarantee for the sustainable development stage of high quality agriculture in china.Agricultural scientific research project management includes the whole process of agricultural scientific research project management,achievement management,scientific research exchange,etc.,the period is long and the content is wide.In view of the problems existing in the management of scientific research projects in agricultural research institutions,this paper puts forward feasible improvement measures to greatly enhance the management level of agricultural scientific research,so as to accelerate the innovation of agricultural technology and promote the development of modern agriculture.
