摘  要:针对某工程车辆用大功率行星齿轮疲劳寿命测试不合格的问题,从行星齿轮模数、齿数、齿顶高系数、压力角和变位系数等方面提出齿轮优化设计方案。对优化前后各齿轮的齿面最大接触应力、啮合错位和单位齿宽载荷开展仿真分析,验证了优化效果。最后研制优化后的样机并进行了疲劳实验。结果表明:设计优化后的行星齿轮样机满足疲劳寿命要求,工作可靠性显著提升。Aiming at the problem of unqualified fatigue life test of high-power planetary gear for an engineering vehicle,a gear optimization design scheme is proposed from the aspects of planetary gear modulus,number of teeth,tooth top height coefficient,pressure angle and displacement coefficient.The maximum contact stress,meshing misalignment and unit tooth width load of each gear before and after optimization were simulated and analyzed,and the optimization effect was verified.Finally,the optimized prototype was developed and fatigue experiments were carried out.The results show that the planetary gear prototype with optimized design meets the fatigue life requirements and the working reliability is significantly improved.
