摘 要:近年来随着人员工资及人力管理成本的逐年增长及用工荒越来越严重,劳动密集型制造企业都在研究规划设计提升生产线自动化率,用自动化设备替代人工作业,以此来减轻企业生产经营成本压力。整车工厂的白车身焊装车间有两大人员用工项:白车身焊接,以及物料配送。焊接通常采用柔性高,可连续性作业的机器人取代人工工作,而焊装车间物料配送也亟待运用自动化智能化以达到降本增效效果。本文介绍物料配送基于AGV模式的工艺开发设计过程及工作内容。In recent years,with the increase of personnel wages and manpower management costs year by year and the increasingly serious labor shortage,labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises are researching,planning and designing to improve the automation rate of production lines,and replace manual operations with automation equipment,so as to reduce the pressure of production and operation costs.The body-in-white welding workshop of the vehicle plant has two major personnel items:body-in-white welding and material distribution.Welding usually uses robots with high flexibility and continuous operation to replace manual work,and the material distribution in the welding workshop also needs to use automation and intelligence to achieve the effect of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.This paper introduces the process development,design process and work content of material distribution based on AGV mode.
