高职院校教师企业流动站建设的探讨——以铁道交通运营管理专业为例

摘　　要：教师企业流动站的建立是深化产教融合和校企合作的有效途径,是实现企业、学校、教师、学生多方共赢的有效方式。本文以高职院校铁道交通运营管理专业为例,对教师企业流动站的建设进行了探讨和思考:分析了建设的必要性和建设的基础,提出了建设的内容以及教师培养计划,最后总结了建设的成效。The establishment of teachers'enterprise mobile workstation is an eff ective way to deepen the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation.It is also an eff ective way to achieve a win-win results among enterprises,schools,teachers and students.This paper takes the railway traffi c operation management major of higher vocational colleges as an example to discuss and think about the construction of the mobile workstation.This paper analyzes the basis and the foundation of the construction of the teachers'enterprise mobile workstation,and proposes the content of the construction and the training plan of teachers.And fi nally it summarizes the eff ectiveness of the construction of teachers'enterprise mobile workstation.
