摘　　要：当前,随着中职教育的蓬勃发展,汽修专业教师实践技能急需提升,而专为教师编制的汽修专业实训手册编制正契合了这一要求。本文从汽修专业教师实训手册开发的必要性、开发思路、活页式实训手册的内涵、开发原则、开发路径、开发过程案例等几个方面进行阐述。At present,with the vigorous development of secondary vocational education,the practical skills of auto repair teachers urgently need to be improved,and the compilation of the auto repair professional training manual specially prepared for teachers meets this requirement.This paper elaborates from several aspects,such as the necessity of developing the training manual for auto repair teachers,development ideas,the connotation of the loose-leaf training manual,the development principles,the development path,and the development process cases.
