摘 要:【目的】探究盐度对养殖大麻哈鱼生长性能、鳃三磷酸腺苷酶(ATP酶)和肝脏抗氧化功能的影响。【方法】设置淡水(CK)、盐度8‰、盐度16‰和盐度24‰处理,42 d后统计大麻哈鱼(2龄)的生长性能,测定鳃ATP酶活力,肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-PX)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活力,以及肝脏总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。【结果】盐度8‰处理大麻哈鱼的终末体质量、体质量增长率和特定生长率分别为374.95 g、29.41%和0.61%/d,显著高于CK和盐度24‰处理(P<0.05);盐度16‰处理的终末体质量、体质量增长率和特定生长率与其他各处理间无显著差异(P>0.05)。大麻哈鱼鳃Na+/K+-ATP酶、Ca^(2+)/Mg^(2+)-ATP酶活力均随盐度的升高呈现先上升后下降的趋势,其中,盐度8‰处理酶活力最高,分别为1.89、1.46 U/mg。肝脏SOD、CAT活力均随盐度的升高呈现先上升后下降的趋势,其中,盐度16‰处理酶活力最高,分别为244.49、34.16 U/mg;GSH-PX活力随盐度的升高呈现先下降后升高的趋势,CK、盐度8‰、盐度16‰处理显著高于盐度24‰处理(P<0.05);ACP活力随盐度的升高呈现先上升后下降的趋势,各处理间无显著差异(P>0.05);AKP活力随盐度升高逐渐下降,CK显著高于其他各处理(P<0.05)。CK的MDA含量显著高于其他各处理(P<0.05);T-AOC在各处理间无显著差异(P>0.05)。【结论】大麻哈鱼在2龄生长阶段养殖水体中适宜的盐度应介于8‰~16‰。【Objective】To explore the effects of salinity on growth performance,gill ATPase activities,and liver antioxidant function in farmed chum salmon(Oncorhynchus keta).【Methods】Four treatments were set up including freshwater(CK),salinity 8‰,salinity 16‰and salinity 24‰.The growth performance of chum salmon(2-year-old)after 42 d were calculated,and the gill ATPase activities,liver superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),acid phosphatase(ACP)and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)activities,as well as the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the liver were measured.【Results】The final body mass,body mass growth rate and specific growth rate of chum salmon in salinity 8‰treatment were 374.95 g,29.41%and 0.61%/d,respectively,significantly higher(P<0.05)than CK and salinity 24‰treatment.Salinity 16‰treatment had no significant difference(P>0.05)in final body mass,body mass growth rate and specific growth rate,compared with other treatments.Chum salmon gill Na+/K+-ATPase and Ca^(2+)/Mg^(2+)-ATPase activities increased first and then decreased with the increase of salinity.Among them,salinity 8‰treatment had the highest enzyme activities of 1.89 U/mg and 1.46 U/mg,respectively.With the increase of salinity,the activities of SOD and CAT in liver increased first and then decreased,with salinity 16‰treatment being the highest at 244.49 U/mg and 34.16 U/mg,respectively.The activity of GSH-PX decreased first and then increased with the increase of salinity,with CK,salinity 8‰,and salinity 16‰treatment significantly higher(P<0.05)than salinity 24‰treatment.With the increase of salinity,ACP activity increased first and then decreased with no significant differences(P>0.05)between the treatments.With the increase of salinity,AKP activity gradually decreased with CK significantly higher(P<0.05)than other treatments.The content of MDA in CK was significantly higher(P<0.05)than that in other treatments.And there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in
