摘  要:研究Peyton四步教学法联合PCMC教学模式用于内分泌科护理本科教学中的效果。实践表明,内分泌科护理本科教学期间采用Peyton四步法教学联合PCMC教学模式教学可以有效提高实习学生的综合能力,且有助于教学质量的提高,有助于激发学生对学习的兴趣,提高其学习主动性,进而有效提高学生对教学效果的满意度,具有较高的临床推广价值。To investigate the effectiveness of using Peyton's four-step teaching method in combination with the PCMC teaching mode in undergraduate nursing teaching for endocrinology department.The practice shows that the use of Peyton's four-step teaching method in combination with the PCMC teaching mode can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of interns during the undergraduate teaching of endocrinology nursing,and help improve the quality of teaching.It is helpful to stimulate students'interest in learning,improve their learning initiative,and effectively improve students'satisfaction with the teaching effect,which has high clinical promotion value.
