摘　　要：清代段玉裁、王念孙都是人们称颂的学术大师,王念孙用“问学交”来概称他们的人生情谊。论文从后人将清代的语言文字之学径称为“段王之学”、段王所呈现出的清代学人之间的交往方式、段王的“问学交”的认知价值及其对当代“君子”文化建设的角度,讨论“问学交”的标本价值及当代借鉴价值。Duan Yucai and Wang Niansun in the Qing dynasty were both praised as academic masters.The term“academic partnership”is used by Wang Niansun to describe their lifelong friendship.This essay demonstrates the role model value and the contemporary reference significance of this kind of partnership from three aspects:1)language and philology studies in Qing dynasty have been referred as Duan-Wang’s scholarship;2)the communication mode among scholars of the Qing dynasty presented by Duan-Wang’s academic partnership and 3)the cognitive value of Duan-Wang's academic partnership and its contribution to the cultural construction of“Noble Character”in the contemporary society.
