摘 要:在经济全球化背景下,时速快、辐射广的航空运输与高铁运输联合运营,能有效扩大机场辐射范围、提升枢纽运输效率,对于城市推进区域经济发展、参与国际竞争具有重要意义。该文研究梳理了直连直通式和换乘衔接式两种主要的空铁联运模式及其特点,分析了当前我国空铁联运发展“过热”现象和联运模式中过度强求直连直通的问题。据此提出地方要在客观认识其空铁联运需求的基础上,结合机场建设条件及铁路规划建设情况,合理选择空铁联运模式的发展策略。最后,以重庆江北机场为例进行策略实践,提出需同步发展直连直通和换乘衔接式空铁联运的建议。In the context of economic globalization,the combined operation of air transportation and high-speed rail transportation can effectively expand the radiation scope of airport and improve the transport efficiency of hub,which is of great significance for promoting regional economic development and participating in international competition.This paper first summarizes the two main modes and their characteristics of current air-rail intermodal transportation,namely direct connection and transfer connection.After that,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current development of air-rail intermodal transportation in China:blindly pursuit of air-rail intermodal transportation and excessive pursuit of direct connection.Based on this,it is suggested that the local governments should first objectively evaluate their air-rail intermodal transportation demand to judge the necessity of the development of the air-rail intermodal transportation.Then,they should rationally select the air-rail intermodal transportation mode based on the airport construction conditions and railway planning and construction situation.Finally,this paper takes Chongqing Jiangbei Airport as an example to carry out strategic practice,and suggests synchronous development of direct connection and transfer connection air-rail intermodal transportation.
