摘　　要：黔东南侗族传统伦理道德中蕴涵着丰富而独特的廉洁文化,承载着黔东南侗族人民勤劳节俭、爱岗敬业、诚实正直、奉献社会、修身自律等廉洁思想。从对社会成员个人的道德要求,到整个侗族聚居生活中形成的社会美德,从自身修养到传统社会生态中的政治道德等,侗族传统伦理道德呈现出其独特的一面。同时,其又与中华传统伦理道德和社会主义道德一脉相承。分析黔东南侗族传统伦理道德中蕴涵的廉洁文化,提炼其内在的思想精华,对当前反腐倡廉建设和地方性文化夯实廉洁文化建设具有重要意义。The traditional ethics and morals of the Dong people in Qiandongnan contain a rich and unique incorrupt culture,which carries such incorrupt thoughts as diligence,frugality,dedication,honesty,dedication to society,self-cultivation and self-discipline.From the moral requirements of individual members of the society,to the social virtues formed in the whole life of the Dong people,from self-cultivation to the political morality in the traditional social ecology and so on,the traditional ethic of the Dong people presents its unique side,and at the same time,it is in line with the traditional Chinese moral and socialist morality.It is of great significance to analyze the incorruptibility culture contained in the traditional ethics of Dong nationality in southeast Guizhou and extract its inner ideological essence for the current construction of anti-corruption and promoting incorruptibility and consolidating the local culture construction.
