摘　　要：吐鲁番具有独特的光热条件和气候资源,是葡萄及葡萄干的绝佳产地。该地区葡萄种植历史悠久,品种多样,规模大,高产量,品质优,被称为“中国葡萄圣城”。然而,经过多年的发展,吐鲁番葡萄产业也面临一些问题,包括标准化程度低、商品化处理和加工水平差、冷链物流发展缓慢、组织管理能力不足等。本文通过分析吐鲁番葡萄产业现状和现存问题,提出针对性的合理化对策建议,旨在推进吐鲁番葡萄产业的高质量、健康和可持续发展,为产业升级和乡村振兴提供参考。Turpan has unique light and heat conditions and climate resources,and is an excellent producing area of grapes and raisins.The region has a long history of grape cultivation,variety diversity,large scale,high yield and excellent quality,and is known as the"Holy City of Chinese Grapes".However,after years of development,Turpan grape industry is also facing some problems,including low standardization,poor level of commercialization and processing,slow development of cold chain logistics,and insufficient organizational management ability.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of Turpan grape industry,this paper puts forward corresponding rationalization countermeasures and suggestions,aiming at promoting the high-quality,healthy and sustainable development of Turpan grape industry,and providing references for industrial upgrading and rural revitalization.
