摘  要:以西昌地区‘克瑞森无核’葡萄为试材,调查结果枝留叶数对果实品质和抗氧化活性物质的影响。结果表明,不同留叶量对果实性状、生理指标、着色情况和抗氧化活性物质的影响差异显著。13片叶处理成熟期果实粒质量可达7.2 g,穗质量、单果体积和果形指数与其它处理有显著差异,果实硬度4.33 kg·cm^(-2),可溶性固形物含量达19.5%,可滴定酸为0.20%,果汁pH 3.68,Vc含量为260.74 mg·kg^(-1),在5个处理中表现最好。随着果实逐渐成熟,结果枝保留13片和15片叶处理,果实的花色苷、花青素含量均呈现不同程度的增加,着色良好;同时,两处理果实中的总酚和SOD、POD等抗氧化活性物质含量显著高于低留叶量处理。In this study,effects of leaf amount of bearing branch on fruit quality and antioxidant activity were investigated in'Crimson Seedless'grapevine from Xichang area.The results showed that there were significant differences in fruit size(berry weight,clusters weight,berry volume and berry shape index),physiological indexes(hardness,soluble solids,titratable acid,Vc and juice pH),coloration(cyanidin,anthocyanin)and antioxidant active substances(total phenol,SOD and POD)among five treatments with leaf amount.The single berry weight could reach 7.2 g at maturity under the treatment of 13 leaves,and the cluster weight,berry volume and fruit shape index were significantly increased than those of other treatments,respectively.At the same time,the berry had a hardness of 4.33 kg·cm^(-2) with 13 leaves,soluble solids of 19.5%,titratable acid of 0.20%,juice pH value of 3.68,and Vc content of 260.74 mg·kg^(-1),performed best in five treatments.As the fruit matured gradually,the contents of cyanidin and anthocyanins in the fruit were increased to different degrees with the treatment of 13 leaves and 15 leaves.At the same time,the contents of total phenol,SOD,POD and other antioxidant active substances in the two treatments were significantly higher than those in the low leaf nomber trea tments.
