摘 要:以‘阳光玫瑰’葡萄为试材,研究了不同浓度24-表油菜素内酯(EBR)对葡萄果实品质的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施EBR能提高果实粒质量与纵横径,以及可溶性固形物、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,其中0.6 mg·L^(-1)EBR在提高果实品质方面效果尤为显著。同时3个浓度的EBR均能在一定程度上提高葡萄果实SOD、POD、CAT活性,并降低果实MDA含量。在果实香气方面,醇类和醛类是果实中重要香气类别,但不同浓度EBR处理的果实中香气物质种类及含量并无促进作用。综合考虑各项指标,叶面喷施0.6 mg·L^(-1) EBR对果实品质影响显著。The effects of different concentrations of 24-epibrassinolide(EBR)on fruit quality of'Shine Muscat'grapevine were studied.The results showed that in terms of fruit quality,foliar spraying of EBR could increase berry weight,longitudinal and transverse diameters,the soluble solids,soluble sugars and soluble proteins contents,and 0.6 mg·L^(-1) EBR was especially effective in improving fruit quality.Meanwhile,all three EBR concentrations increased SOD,POD,and CAT activities,while decreasing MDA content in grapes to some extent.In terms of fruit aroma substances,alcohols and aldehydes were important aroma categories.However,the types and contents of aroma substances in fruits treated with different concentrations of EBR were not promoted.Considering various indicators,foliar spraying of 0.6 mg·L^(-1) EBR had the most significant effect on fruit quality.
