摘　　要：建立与完善乡村医疗卫生保障制度,促进社会和谐健康发展,是我国目前面临的一个紧要任务。分析当前乡村医疗卫生服务体系的发展现状和存在的突出问题,提出高校乡村医疗人才培养策略,即必须通过教学改革及课程建设构建全新的人才培养模式,建设乡村医疗卫生服务体系的发展对策。培养乡村医疗急需人才,推动乡村医疗事业快速高质量发展。Establishing and improving the rural medical and health security system,promoting social harmony and healthy development,is an urgent task currently in China.Analyze the current development status and prominent problems of the rural medical and health service system,propose strategies for cultivating rural medical talents in universities,that is,to construct a new talent cultivation model through teaching reform and curriculum construction,and to build a development strategy for the rural medical and health service system.Cultivate urgently needed talents in rural healthcare and promote the rapid and high-quality development of rural healthcare.
