摘　　要：目的分析中医药治疗失眠研究领域硕博学位论文,了解该领域硕博研究热点及趋势。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)2012-2021年收录的中医药治疗失眠硕博学位论文。采用Note Express3.6.0.9220进行文献管理及筛选,采用Excel2019分析纳入文献年发文量、学位点、中医证型、干预措施、伴随疾病/症状。采用CiteSpace5.7R3对关键词进行共现、聚类、突现分析,并绘制知识图谱。结果经筛选,纳入文献1945篇,年发文量呈上升趋势。涉及83个学位点,包括广州中医药大学、山东中医药大学、北京中医药大学等。中医证型主要为心肾不交证、心脾两虚证、阴虚火旺证等。干预措施:方剂包括归脾汤、酸枣仁汤、交泰丸等;腧穴包括背俞穴、三阴交、神门等;针法包括电针、温针灸、腹针等;涉及伴随疾病/症状包括抑郁症、焦虑、高血压等。关键词共现分析显示,高频关键词有“临床研究”“针刺”“中医证型”“心肾不交”等。关键词聚类以失眠及伴随疾病为中心,研究类型主要为临床研究、基础研究、理论探讨等,治疗方法以中药及针刺为主。突现词包括“辨证论治”“神门”“经验总结”等。结论近年中医药治疗失眠研究领域硕博研究成果丰硕,相关研究热点集中于辨证分型、病机分析、临床研究方面,并关注其伴随疾病/症状等。中医外治法是近年该领域研究趋势,机制研究方面待加强。Objective To analyze the master and doctoral degree dissertations on TCM for the treatment of insomnia;To understand the research hotspots and trend of master and doctoral degree in this field.Methods The master and doctoral degree dissertations on the TCM treatment of insomnia were retrieved from Chinese Knowledge Resources Database(CNKI)from 2012 to 2021.NoteExpress3.6.0.9220 was used for document management and screening,and Excel 2019 was used to analyze the annual volume of documents,degree programs,TCM syndrome types,intervention measures,accompanying diseases/symptoms.Citespace 5.7R3 was used to conduct co-occurrence,clustering,and emergent analysis of keywords,and a knowledge map was drawn.Results After screening,totally 1945 articles were included,and the annual number of published articles showed an upward trend.It involved 83 degree programs,including Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,etc.The syndrome types mainly included the syndrome of heart and kidney disjunction,the syndrome of both heart and spleen deficiency,and the syndrome of yin deficiency and excessive fire.Prescriptions included Guipi Decoction,Suanzaoren Decoction,Jiaotai Pills,etc.;acupoints included Back Shu acupoints,Sanyinjiao acupoint,Shenmen acupoint,etc.;acupuncture treatments included electroacupuncture,warm acupuncture and moxibustion,abdominal acupuncture,etc.;associated diseases/symptoms included depression,anxiety,hypertension,etc.The high-frequency keywords included“clinical research”,“acupuncture”,“TCM syndrome types”,“heart kidney disjunction”,and so on.Keyword clustering focused on insomnia and accompanying diseases,with research types mainly including clinical research,basic research,theoretical exploration,etc.The main treatment methods were Chinese materia medica and acupuncture.Emergent words included“syndrome differentiation and treatment”,“Shenmen”,“experience summary”,and so on.Conclusion
