摘  要:基于多孔介质流动和传热传质理论,建立了仓储储粮通风过程中粮堆内部流动及热湿耦合传递的数学模型。采用计算流体动力学的方法,预测分析了双侧通风的大跨度平房仓在不同粮堆温度梯度方向、不同竖向通风方式的4种工况下粮堆内部温度和水分变化规律。同时探究了吊顶粮仓与未吊顶粮仓在4种通风工况下的降温保水效果。结果表明:粮仓未吊顶时,上行通风方式的降温保水效果优于下行通风;对于吊顶粮仓,上行通风与下行通风降温保水效果相差不大;粮面顶部的空气区域对降温通风时粮堆的温度变化、水分变化影响较大,对粮仓进行吊顶,具有更好的降温保水效果。Based on the theories of porous mediaflow,heat and mass transfer,a mathematical model for the air flow,heat and humidity coupled transfer in bulk grain during the aeration of stored grains was developed.By computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,the variation of temperature and moisture content in the stored grain was predicted and analyzed with the different initial temperature gradient distributions and different directions of air flow of aeration for the large-span warehouse.At the same time,the change of temperature and moisture retention in bulk grain during four aeration conditions were investigated.The results indicated that when the warehouse had no ceiling,the cooling effect and moisture retention in bulk grain of upward aeration was better than that of downward aeration.If the warehouse had a suspended ceiling,there was little difference in moisture retention effect between upward and downward aeration.The volume of air at the head space of the warehouse had a great influence on the temperature and moisture change of the bulk grain during cooling aeration.Setting a ceiling of the warehouse can achieve a better effect of cooling and moisture retention in bulk grain.
