德宏傣文新词术语翻译审定流程分析和评价

摘　　要：高效的少数民族语文翻译审定流程不仅提高翻译效率和质量,而且促进党和国家政策、先进文化在少数民族地区的快速传播。结合翻译实践经验,以德宏傣文新词术语翻译审定为例,首先概述云南新词术语翻译工作指导思想和原则方法,其次基于奈达提出的翻译程序理论,从“组织性程序”和“技术性程序”角度分析德宏傣文新词术语的翻译审定流程,最后引入恩纽平迪的“企业流程管理”理念,从流程特征入手论述和评价翻译审定流程。Efficient translation approval process of minority language not only improves translation efficiency and quality,but also promotes the rapid dissemination of Party and state policies and advanced culture in minority areas.Combining with practical experience in translation and taking Dehong Dai language neologism translation as an example,it first summarizes the guiding ideology,principles and methods of Yunnan neologism translation work.Secondly,based on Nida's translation procedure theory,the paper analyzes the translation approval process of new terms in Dehong Dai language from the perspective of"organizational procedures"in addition to"technical procedures".Finally,it introduces the concept of"enterprise process management"by Anupindi,and discusses and evaluates the translation approval process from the perspective of process characteristics.
