摘　　要：胃癌是发病率、死亡率均高的恶性肿瘤之一,其预后与早诊早治密切相关。临床早期诊断发现胃癌主要依赖胃镜筛查,然而胃镜检查效果受医生经验水平、患者因素及胃镜检查术前准备用药等多种因素影响。胃镜检查术前口服用药是保证胃内视野清晰度的重要举措之一,其主要包括去黏液剂、去泡剂等。但关于用药剂量、联合用药疗效、胃镜检查术前服药时间、服药后采取哪种体位效果最佳及特殊人群是否有针对性用药方案尚未统一。基于此,本文就胃镜检查术前口服用药相关进展情况作一综述,以期为临床胃镜检查术前口服用药提供参考。Gastric cancer is one of the malignant tumors with high morbidity and mortality,and its prognosis is largely dependent on the time of diagnosis and treatment.Gastroscopy is mainly used in clinic to detect gastric cancer in the early stages,while the results of gastroscopy examinations are associated with many factors,such as physicians'experience level,patients'factors and medication used in preparation for gastroscopy.Oral medication before gastroscopy is one of the important steps to improve the mucosal visibility,for which mucolytics and defoamers are predominantly used.However,there is no consensus on the dosage,the efficacy of combination medication,the time of premedication,the posture to take after the medication for best mucosal visualization or whether there is a dedicated medication regimen for special populations.Based on that,this article reviews the research progress of oral medication before gastroscopy in order to provide a reference for premedication for gastroscopy in clinic.
