摘　　要：当前,我国大量城市建成区密度较高,现存绿地往往具有面积小、分布散等特点,难以形成连续性、系统性的绿色空间网络结构。部分地区城市建设忽略了城市空间与自然资源的联系,加之公园、广场等城市公共活动空间建设年代久远,小品设施陈旧且种类单一、功能匮乏、品质不足,城市建成区的公共空间缺乏空间活力与人文气息。该文从“公园城市”理念出发,深入挖掘“公园城市”理念下城市绿地的价值特征,并且以宜宾市兴文县古宋河两岸存量绿地改造更新为例,结合“公园城市”基础价值、核心价值与组织价值,从绿地布局优化、交通组织完善、公园场景营造、景观风貌塑造、功能业态增补5个方面提出了“公园城市”理念下的存量绿地规划实践路径。At present,the density of built-up areas in a large number of cities in China is relatively high,and the existing green spaces are often characterized by small areas and scattered distribution,making it difficult to form a continuous and systematic green space network structure.Urban construction in some areas ignores the connection between urban space and natural resources.In addition,the construction of urban public activity spaces such as parks and squares has a long history,and the sketch facilities are outdated,single in type,lacking in functions and insufficient in quality.The public space in urban built-up areas lacks spatial vitality and humanistic atmosphere.Starting from the concept of"Park City",we deeply explore the value characteristics of urban green space under the concept of"Park City".Taking the renovation and renewal of the existing green space on both sides of the Gusong River in Xingwen County,Yibin City as an example,combining the basic value and core value of"Park City"value and organizational value,from five aspects of green space layout optimization,traffic organization improvement,park scene creation,landscape style shaping,and functional business supplementation,we propose the practice path of inventory green space planning under the concept of"Park City".
