摘　　要：为了深入了解2022年市售标明有抑菌功能的牙膏中违禁成分情况,随机选购了不同厂家生产的标注有抑菌功能或口腔疾病治疗作用的29款牙膏。针对口腔消炎杀菌的常见广谱抗生素甲硝唑和诺氟沙星,用超高效液相色谱方法检测抗生素的种类和含量。结果表明,在检测的29款牙膏中,有9款检测出甲硝唑,不合格率为31%,均未检出诺氟沙星。因此,可以得出市售的部分有抑菌功能的牙膏中含有违禁成分抗生素。In order to investigate the prohibited ingredients in toothpastes labeled with bacteriostatic function on the market in 2022,29 toothpastes with antibacterial function or oral disease treatment effect were randomly selected from different manufacturers.Common broad-spectrum antibiotics metronidazole and norfloxacin were detected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography.The results showed that among the 29 toothpastes tested,9 toothpastes were detected with metronidazole,with a failure rate of 31%,and norfloxacin not detected positive.Therefore,it can be concluded that some commercially available toothpastes with bacteriostatic properties contain antibiotics,a banned ingredient.
