食用菌培养基巨菌草纤维材料的再利用

摘  要:以灵芝菌草、香菇菌草为食用菌培养基,分析其被食用菌吸收前后纤维素、半纤维素、木质素、灰分和抽出物含量的变化,结果表明:巨菌草成分不同程度地被食用菌吸收后,巨菌草基数减少,使得培养基巨菌草成分含量的百分数有升有降.灵芝菌草、香菇菌草综纤维素增加0.94%、0.25%,纤维素增加0.17%、0.06%,半纤维素增加0.77%、0.19%,木质素减少0.66%、0.52%,灰分含量增加1.09%、0.91%,各抽出物也有少许变化.巨菌草培养基废料各化学成分变化量相对较少,仍然具有作为非木材纤维制浆造纸、纤维板等潜在开发和再利用的价值,为巨菌草的高效利用提供理论依据.The contents of cellulose,hemicellulose,lignin,ash and extract were analyzed before and after being absorbed by the edible fungi using ganoderma lucidum and mushrooms edodes as the edible fungi media.The results showed that when the components were absorbed by edible fungi to different degrees,the cardinal number of Pennisetum sp decreased,making the percentage of medium Pennise⁃tum sp content increased or decreased.its medium as ganoderma lucidum and mushrooms edodes in⁃creased by 0.94%and 0.25%.cellulose increased by 0.17%and 0.06%,hemicellulose increased by 0.77%and 0.19%,lignin decreased by 0.66%and 0.52%,and ash content increased by 1.09%and 0.91%.Each extract also has a little change.The reduction of chemical components of the culture medi⁃um waste was relatively small,and it still had potential development and reuse value as non-wood fiber pulp and paper making,fiberboard and so on.It provides the theoretical basis for the efficient utilization of Pennisetum sp.
