摘  要:为了适应移动互联网时代学生的特点,巩固学生的医学机能学知识,训练学生的实验操作技能,培养学生的临床思维能力,该研究通过问卷调查,借助雨课堂,依据赫尔巴特学派的“五段教学法”经典理论,以考一考、听一听、讲一讲、看一看、做一做这五个步骤构建了医学实验机能学课程的精细化教学模式。教学结果显示,雨课堂的混合交互式教学,有助于教师实现医学实验机能学的教学设计由旧有的“粗略定性”向“精准定量”转变,有助于提升学生的课程体验,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的学习效果,促进学生从基础知识到临床思维的转换。Given the characteristics of students in the era of mobile internet,the authors carried out a questionnaire survey and constructed a refined teaching mode in the course of medical functional experiment,based on the online teaching platform of Rain Classroom.This refined teaching mode is composed of five steps of testing,listening,speaking,watching,and conducting,which were inspired by the classical five-step teaching theory of Herbart School.The authors adopted this refined teaching mode aiming to help the students consolidate the knowledge they have acquired,develop their experimental operation skills,and cultivate clinical thinking ability.The results of both the questionnaire survey and the test results showed that the blended interactive teaching mode based on Rain Classroom can help teachers to transition from rough qualitative analysis to precise quantitative analysis in instructional design.It also helped to enhance the students'learning experience in the course of medical functional experiment,increase their interest in learning,improve their learning effects,and develop clinical thinking in the students.
