摘  要:根据用户反映的82B在深加工过程氧化铁皮剥壳效果不好,模具消耗高的问题,通过调整轧制工艺及吊装工艺,使这一问题得到彻底解决,用户对剥壳效果的满意度大幅提升,投诉大幅下降,取得了良好的效果。According to the problems of poor dephosphorization effect of 82B scale and high consumption of die in the deep processing reflected by users,the problems were thoroughly solved by adjusting the rolling process and hoisting process,the satisfaction of users to the dephosphorization effect of 82B was greatly improved and the complaints were gneutly reduced,which achieved good nesults.
