摘  要:本研究基于简单的零部件开发了动态顶空固相萃取装置,相对于其它顶空萃取技术,其具有造价低廉、前处理过程简单等优点。以气相色谱-质谱联用技术为检测手段,对吸附柱尺寸、吸附剂粒径和含量三个条件进行优化。最后分别检测了金桂干花和丹桂干花的花香成分,通过对比不同品种桂花花香的差异性成分,可以为调制桂花味香精提供参考信息。In this research,a dynamic headspace solid-phase extraction device was developed based on simple components.Compared with other headspace extraction technologies,it has the advantages of low cost and simple pretreatment process.Based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),three parameters were optimized,including adsorption column size,adsorbent particle size and content.At last,the odorant components of Jingui and Dangui were detected,respectively.By comparing the different odorant components of different osmanthus fragrances,it can provide reference information for the preparation of osmanthus fragrances.
