摘　　要：目的:观察Solitaire FR支架取栓术治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选取86例急性脑梗死患者均分为两组,观察两组血管再通率及治疗前后各项指标差异。结果:观察组血管再通率87.80%,高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后NIHSS评分较治疗前低,MBI评分较治疗前高(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清IL-6、TNF-α水平较治疗前低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3个月预后良好率58.54%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Solitaire FR支架取栓术可提高血管再通率,改善患者近中期预后。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Solitaire FR stent for the treatment of ACI.Methods:Eighty-six patients with ACI were divided into two groups.The blood vessel recanalization rate and various indexes before and after treatment were observed.Results:The recanalization rate in the observation group was 87.80%,higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups was lower,and the MBI score was higher(P<0.05);Then,The level of Serum IL-6 and TNF-αin both groups was lower(P<0.05);The good prognosis rate of the observation group was 58.54%after 3 months of treatment,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Solitaire FR stent thrombectomy for ACI can improve the recanalization rate of blood vessels and improve the short-term and medium-term prognosis of patients.
