摘 要:目的:分析急性B淋巴细胞白血病(B-ALL)患儿骨髓中CD123、CD81与预后关系。方法:检测医院98例B-ALL患儿骨髓中CD123、CD81表达情况,分析二者与随访1年疾病复发的关系。结果:98例患儿中20例复发;不同预后患儿骨髓中CD123、CD81阳性率及危险度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Cox回归分析显示骨髓中CD123、CD81阳性表达与患儿预后不良有关(P<0.05);ROC曲线显示骨髓中CD123、CD81阳性表达对B-ALL患儿预后不良有一定预测价值。结论:B-ALL患儿预后不良与骨髓中CD123、CD81阳性表达有关。Objective:To analyze the relationship between CD123,CD81 and prognosis in bone marrow of children with acute B lymphocyte leukemia(B-ALL).Methods:The expression of CD123 and CD81 in bone marrow of 98 patients with B-ALL in the hospital was detected,and the relationship between them and disease recurrence at 1 year follow-up was analyzed.Results:20 out of 98 children recurred.There were statistical significant differences in the positive rate and risk of CD123 and CD81 in bone marrow of children with different prognosis(P<0.05).Cox regression analysis showed that the positive expression of CD123 and CD81 in bone marrow was associated with poor prognosis of children(P<0.05).ROC curve showed that the positive expression of CD123 and CD81 in bone marrow had certain predictive value for the poor prognosis of children with B-ALL.Conclusion:The poor prognosis of children with B-ALL is related to the positive expression of CD123 and CD81 in bone marrow.
