摘　　要：目的:探讨电子注药泵在肠癌患者行氟尿嘧啶时辰化疗中的应用。方法选取50例患者作为普通组,采用常规外周静脉穿刺滴注化疗药,50例患者作为电泵组,采用时辰化疗并经电子注药泵输注化疗药,比较两组临床效果。结果:电泵组不良反应发生率、焦虑和抑郁评分、疼痛评分均低于普通组(P<0.05);电泵组下床活动便捷、上厕所方便、就餐方便、打电话方便等需求满意度和生活质量评分均高于普通组(P<0.05)。结论:肠癌患者行氟尿嘧啶时辰化疗时采用电子注药泵输注药物可减少患者不良反应,缓解负性情绪及疼痛,提高其生活质量。Objective:To explore the application of electronic drug injection pump in fluorouracil Chrono chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:50 patients with chemotherapy were selected as the general group,and 50 patients with chemotherapy were used as the electric pump group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:the incidence of adverse reactions,anxiety and depression scores and pain scores in the electric pump group were lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05);The scores of demand satisfaction and quality of life in the electric pump group were higher than those in the ordinary group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the use of electronic drug injection pump for infusion of drugs during fluorouracil Chrono chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer can reduce the adverse reactions,alleviate negative emotions and pain,improve their quality of life.
