摘 要:为提高医疗设备管理部门更新设备的准确性,设计基于预算约束遗传算法的医疗设备更换决策辅助方法。以最大医疗设备更换数量、最小采购和维护费用为约束条件,建立医疗设备更换决策辅助模型;引入遗传算法,结合排挤机制,并利用正向正态云发生器优化遗传算法,求解决策辅助模型,获取设备更换决策辅助策略。实验证明,该方法可有效制定设备更换决策辅助策略,在预算约束内提升设备更换数量,降低设备更换资金,并且其在制定不同类型医疗设备更换决策辅助策略时,最低医疗设备更换决策辅助长远需求和即时需求的均衡率在0.7左右,该数值较高,具备较优的设备更换决策辅助效果。In order to improve the accuracy of medical equipment management department in updating equipment,a medical equipment replacement decision aid method based on budget constrained genetic algorithm is designed to improve the effectiveness of decision-making assistance strategy for medical equipment replacement.The auxiliary model of medical equipment replacement decision was establishedbased on the constraint conditions of maximum replacement quantity of medical equipment,minimum purchase and maintenance cost.The genetic algorithm was introduced,combined with the crowding mechanism,and the forward normal cloud generator was used to optimize the genetic algorithm,solve the decision aid model,and obtain the equipment replacement decision aid strategy.The experiment shows that this method can effectively formulate equipment replacement decision support strategies,increase the number of equipment replacement within budget constraints,reduce equipment replacement funds,and when formulating different types of medical equipment replacement decision support strategies,the equilibrium rate between the long-term and immediate needs of the lowest medical equipment replacement decision support is about 0.7,which is high and has a better equipment replacement decision support effect.
