摘  要:目的利用锥形束CT比较不同颈椎骨龄(cervical vertebral maturation,CVM)分期个体腭中缝骨密度比率(midpalatal suture density ratio,MPSDr)的差异,分析CVM与MPSDr的相关性,以检验MPSDr与个体生长发育的相关性,为临床中利用MPSDr评估患者腭中缝成熟度提供依据。方法回顾性研究228例不同CVM分期患者的锥形束CT资料,男女比例1∶1,年龄7~25岁。依据CVM分组,每组选取38例受试者,参照Grünheid的方法计算每位受试者的MPSDr。采用单因素方差分析(ANOVA)和LSD法比较相同性别中各组MPSDr的差异,同时运用独立样本t检验比较同一组内不同性别的MPSDr有无差异。最后运用Spearman相关系数检验CVM与MPSDr间的相关性。结果女性CVM 1期至CVM 6期的MPSDr值分别为:0.35±0.08、0.41±0.08、0.46±0.08、0.53±0.07、0.63±0.08、0.76±0.10,其中除CVM 1期与2期、2期与3期外,其余各CVM组间的MPSDr均有统计学差异,P值均<0.01;男性CVM 1期至CVM 6期的MPSDr值分别为:0.33±0.05、0.38±0.05、0.45±0.09、0.54±0.06、0.60±0.07、0.72±0.09,其中除CVM 1期与2期外,其余各CVM组间的MPSDr均有统计学差异,P值均<0.01。在相同CVM分期中,不同性别的MPSDr无统计学差异,P值均>0.05。CVM与MPSDr的Spearman相关系数为0.851(P<0.001)。结论 CVM与MPSDr存在显著的强相关性,MPSDr值与个体生长发育显著相关。CVM相同时,性别对MPSDr无影响。Objective To compare the differences of midpalatal suture density ratio(MPSDr)among individuals at different cervical vertebral maturation(CVM)stages using cone-beam CT,to test the correlation between MPSDr and individual growth and development,and to provide a reference for clinical evaluation of patients'palatal suture maturity using MPSDr.Methods The cone-beam CT of 228 patients(sex ratio 1∶1,aged 7~25 years)with different CVM stagers were reviewed;they were divided into different groups based on CVM(38 subjects in each group).The MPSDr of each subject was calculated according to the method of Grünheid.The difference between the MPSDr in each group in the same gender was compared with One-way ANOVA and LSD analysis,and independent-sample t test were used to compare the MPSDr between different genders in the same group.Finally,Correlation between CVM and MPSDr was investigated by Spearman correlation coefficient.Results The mean MPSDr of CVM 1 to CVM 6 in women were 0.35±0.08,0.41±0.08,0.46±0.08,0.53±0.07,0.63±0.08,and 0.76±0.10,respectively.Except between CVM 1 and 2 and between CVM2 and 3,the MPSDr difference between CVM groups were statistically significant,P<0.01;The mean MPSDr of CVM 1 to CVM 6 in men were 0.33±0.05,0.38±0.05,0.45±0.09,0.54±0.06,0.60±0.07,and 0.72±0.09,respectively.Except between CVM 1 and 2,the MPSDr difference between CVM groups were statistically significant,P<0.01.In the same CVM stage,there was no statistical difference in MPSDr between different sexes,P>0.05.Spearman correlation coefficient between CVM and MPSDr was 0.851(P<0.001).Conclusions CVM has significant correlation with MPSDr,and the MPSDr value is significantly related to individual growth and development.Under same CVM stage,gender has no effect on MPSDr.
