摘　　要：为适应辽宁省汽车产业的转型升级,大连职业技术学院针对辽宁省新能源汽车产业发展趋势和岗位要求的转变,以及汽车专业人才严重不足且质量不高的局面,对职业类院校汽车类专业课程体系进行了改革,创新人才培养模式,提升人才培养质量,达到了培养符合目前及未来企业所需的汽车专业人才的目的。In order to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry in Liaoning Province,Dalian Vocational Technical College has reformed the course system of automobile majors,innovated the personnel training mode,and improved the quality of personnel training,in view of the changes in the development trend and job requirements of the new energy automobile industry in Liaoning Province and the serious shortage and low quality of automotive professionals.This has achieved the purpose of training automotive professionals who meet the needs of current and future enterprises.
