摘  要:基于航空发动机用卡套式管路连接副的真实物理参数建立其有限元模型,分析了预紧力与介质压力对连接副密封性能的影响。首先将预紧力矩转化为均布载荷施加在卡套端头,得到了预紧力矩下的连接副密封性能规律;其次将介质压力等效为均布载荷施加在预紧状态下的连接副模型上,分析了不同介质压力与循环介质压力对连接副密封性能的影响。结果表明,连接副的密封性能会在循环介质压力的影响下发生一定程度的下降,随后保持平稳,压力峰值越高,达到平稳所需的循环数越少。In the paper,finite element model was established based on the real physical parameters of the ferrule-type piping connection pair used in aero-engines,and the influence of the pre-tightening force and medium pres-sure on the sealing performance of the connection pair was analyzed.Firstly,the pre-tightening moment was conver-ted into a uniform load and applied to the end of the ferrule,and the sealing performance law of the connection pair under the pre-tightening moment was obtained;Secondly,the medium pressure was equivalent to the uniformly dis-tributed load applied to the connection pair model under the pre-tightening state,the influence of different media pressures and circulating media pressures on the performance of the joint seal was analyzed.The results show that the sealing performance of the connection pair will decrease to a certain extent under the influence of the pressure of the circulating medium,and then remain stable;The higher the pressure peak,the less the number of cycles required to achieve stability.
