摘 要:针对实际场景下的压力表读数识别不精准、同时指针定位有误等问题,提出了将LSD方法与YOLOv2目标检测算法相结合的方法。利用YOLOv2检测当前图像中的表盘区域,并结合目标仪表的特征,使用残差网络ResNet50替换了原本的基础网络构架,进一步对其网络结构进行改进。通过LSD直线检测方法获得表盘指针,得到其精准位置信息,结合角度法得到待测压力表的压力读数。实验结果表明,上述方法提高了压力表读数识别的准确性和实时性,同时具有较高的稳定性。Aiming at the problems of inaccurate recognition of pressure gauge readings and incorrect pointer posi-tioning in actual scenes,a method combining the LSD method with the YOLOv2 target detection algorithm is pro-posed.The YOLOv2 was used to detect the dial area in the current image,and combined with the characteristics of the target instrument,the residual network ResNet50 was used to replace the original basic network structure and fur-ther improve its network structure.The dial pointer was obtained through the LSD linear detection method,and its precise position information was obtained,combined with the angle method to obtain the pressure reading of the pres-sure gauge to be measured.The experimental results show that the above method improves the accuracy and real-time performance of the pressure gauge reading recognition,and at the same time has higher stability.
