摘　　要：教师数字胜任力是指教师在解决数字化教学问题时所具备的认知、功能和社会的综合性能力。疫情常态化和我国信息化教育2.0趋势下,我国数字化教育快速发展,如何提升教师的数字化胜任力俨然成为了当下不可忽视的问题。基于信息生态链的理论,结合教师整体数字化胜任力,通过AHP分析法得出了在教育生态信息链中提升教师数字化胜任力可以分别从学校、教师和学生入手,共同营造良好的数字化教学生态。Teachers'digital competency refers to the cognitive,functional and social comprehensive ability of teachers to solve digital teaching problems.Under the normalization of the epidemic and the trend of China's informatization education 2.0,the rapid development of digital education in China,how to improve the digital competency of teachers has become a problem that cannot be ignored at present.Based on the theory of information ecological chain,combined with the overall digital competency of teachers,through the AHP analysis method,it is concluded that improving the digital competency of teachers in the education ecological information chain can start from schools,teachers and students to jointly create a good digital teaching ecology.
