摘  要:生猪定点屠宰检疫工作直接关系终端销售市场的肉品质量,检验检疫部门需要对屠宰场出栏的生猪开展检验检疫工作。该文着重围绕生猪定点屠宰检疫流程及病害猪肉的处理措施予以全面阐述。The designated slaughter and quarantine work of live pigs is directly related to the meat quality of the terminal sales market,and the inspection and quarantine department needs to carry out inspection and quarantine work on the live pigs that are put out of the slaughterhouse.This paper focuses on the pig slaughtering and quarantine process and the treatment measures of diseased pork.
