新时代高校高层次人才队伍建设研究——来自公共管理学科的样本分析

摘　　要：高层次人才在高校发展过程中具有重要的支撑和带动作用,打造良好的高层次人才队伍是高校获得竞争优势、提升整体实力的关键。本文以高校的公共管理学科作为样本分析,经研究发现,高校高层次人才队伍建设呈现出高层次人才占比较低、领军型人才不足、人才队伍国际化水平有待提升等现状。未来高校高层次人才队伍建设要丰富人才引进渠道、提供更多发展机会、推动多学科协同发展,不断提升高层次人才队伍建设水平,带动高校持续健康发展。High-level talents play an important supporting role in the process of sustainable development of colleges and universities.Building a good team of high-level talents is the key to obtain development advantages.Taking public administration disciplines in four universities as samples,this paper finds that there are some urgent problems to be solved in universities,such as lack of high-level talents,lack of leading talents and low degree of internationalization of talents.In the future,the construction of high-level talent team in colleges and universities should enrich the channels of talent introduction,provide more development opportunities,promote the coordinated development of multi-disciplines,constantly improve the construction level of high-level talent team,promoting the sustained and healthy development of colleges and universities.
