摘 要:在教学质量监控体系中教学督导起着至关重要的作用,科学有效的教学督导评价体系是教学质量的根本保证。艺术类高校有着区别于其他院校的特殊性,其课程内容有较强的实践性,教学上更注重因材施教。为研究适合艺术类院校的教学督导评价体系,本文以吉林艺术学院师生为访谈对象,首先运用质性数据分析软件Nvivo11将访谈资料整理归类形成艺术类院校教学督导评价体系;然后利用AHP层次分析法建立教学督导评价模型,设置各指标权重;最后用模糊评价法开展实证研究进行验证。Teaching supervision plays a vital role in the teaching quality monitoring system.A scientific and effective teaching supervision and evaluation system is the fundamental guarantee of teaching quality.Art colleges and universities are different from other colleges and universities,and their curriculum contents are highly practical,and more attention is paid to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.In order to study the teaching supervision and evaluation system suitable for art colleges and universities,this paper takes the teachers and students of Jilin University of Arts as the interview object.First,the qualitative data analysis software Nvivo11 is used to sort out the interview data to form the teaching supervision evaluation system of art colleges and universities;then,the analytic hierarchy process AHP is used to establish the teaching supervision evaluation model and set the weight of each index;finally,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to carry out empirical research to verify it.
