摘　　要：社会劳动关系是劳动与社会保障专业的专业必修课,兼具理论性和实践性。实现社会劳动关系课程和思想政治教育的融合符合大学课程发展要求。本文阐述了社会劳动关系课程思政的意义以及该课程知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造“三位一体”的目标体系和教学实施过程,并且开展了社会劳动关系课程的思政元素挖掘及融入。社会劳动关系课程思政实践研究有利于提升大学生素质,实现高校教育教学高质量发展。Social Labor Relations is a required course for the major of labor and social security,which is both theoretical and practical.The integration of the course and ideological and political education conforms to the requirements of university curriculum development.This paper expounds the target system of"trinity"of knowledge teaching,ability training and value shaping and the teaching implementation process,and carries out the excavation and integration of ideological and political elements in the course of Social Labor Relations.The research on the ideological and political practice of Social Labor Relations is conducive to the high-quality development of college students'quality,and the achievement of high-quality development of higher education and teaching.
