摘　　要：目的了解社会公众对于心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)的认知、培训现状及影响公众参加培训意愿的因素,为制定符合公众意愿的培训方案提供依据。方法2019年5月4日—6月30日采用自行设计的《社会公众对心肺复苏认知及培训现状的调查》问卷对符合纳入标准的社会公众进行线上调查,并对数据进行分析。结果本次调查共收回有效问卷1588份。社会公众对CPR相关知识的合格率为45.53%,49.69%的公众接受过CPR培训,91.50%的社会公众参加CPR培训的意愿较为强烈。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄在45~<60岁之间的人群参加培训的意愿更低,女性、CPR知识水平合格、愿意为他人实施CPR、接受培训的频率高是愿意参加培训的保护因素(均P<0.05);公众参加培训的障碍主要是“不知道哪里有培训”(67.41%)。结论我国社会公众对心肺复苏的认识处于中等偏低水平,虽然公众对于参加培训的意愿较高但是实际参与率并不高,需要在未来的培训中根据公众的实际情况及意愿持续改进。Objective To understand the public's awareness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the current training situation and the factors influencing the public's willingness to participate in the training,provide a basis for developing training programs that meet the public's wishes.Methods From May 4th to June 30th,2019,a self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct an online survey among the public who met the inclusion criteria.Results A total of 1588 valid copies were recovered in this survey.The qualification rate of CPR related knowledge among the public was 45.53%,49.69%of the public havereceived the CPR training,and 91.50%of the public were more willing to participate in CPR training.The logistic regression analysis showed that people aged 45-<60 years old were less willing to participate in training,and women,qualified CPR knowledge,willingness to implement CPR for others,and higher frequency of training were the protective factors for their willingness to participate in training(all P<0.05).The main obstacle to public participated in training was"I don't know where there is training"(67.41%).Conclusion The public's awareness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in China is at a medium-low level,although the public's willingness to participate in the training is high,the actual participation rate is not high,which needs to be continuously improved according to the actual situation of the public in the future training.
