摘　　要：目的探讨双撕囊联合前部玻璃体切除术在婴幼儿先天性白内障手术中的应用效果。方法选取2016年12月至2022年12月滨州市中心医院眼科收治的80例先天性白内障婴幼儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例采用双撕囊联合人工晶状体植入术,实验组40例采用双撕囊+前部玻璃体切除联合人工晶状体植入。统计两组患儿的视力水平、术后后囊浑浊状况、术后并发症。结果实验组术后视力水平、后囊浑浊状况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论婴幼儿先天性白内障手术中,实施双撕囊联合前部玻璃体切除术的临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the application effect of double capsulorhexis combined with anterior vitrectomy in children with congenital cataract surgery.Methods A total of 80 cases of children with congenital cataract admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of Binzhou Central Hospital from December 2016 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects and divided into two groups using the random number table method.40 cases in the control group were treated with double capsulorhexis combined with intraocular lens implantation.In the experimental group,40 cases underwent double capsulorhexis+anterior vitrectomy combined with intraocular lens implantation.The visual acuity level,posterior capsular turbidity and postoperative complications were counted.Results The postoperative visual acuity level and posterior capsular turbidity status were better in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the overall incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of double capsulorhexis combined with anterior vitrectomy in children with congenital cataract surgery is rema rkable.
